We are a group of sex addicts who meet together for support and recovery. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other so that we may stop our compulsive behaviour and achieve freedom from addictive sexual behaviour. Meeting commences at 19:30 for approximately 1 hour.

How meetings work

Meetings are at the heart of SAA recovery. Someone acts as secretary, opening meetings with a reflection and readings, giving everyone a chance to introduce themselves by their first names, a chance to hear about the experiences of others and to share stories of recovery.

Although every meeting follows the 12 Steps of our recovery and our Traditions, every meeting is a bit different. Meetings are between 30 and 90 minutes, some have a theme such as women, men, LGBTQ+ or neurodiversity.

Every SAA group is autonomous and neither the SAA UK intergroup nor the International Service Organization of SAA has any authority over them.
