    Are you sober but struggling with peace and serenity..?

    I know the feeling, for  years I was a dry drunk; technically sober but riddled with anger, fear and shame. Thankfully an old timer (sexually sober 25+years), showed me how to use a step 10 inventory and not only stay physically sober, but find lasting emotional sobriety.
    I’ll be hosting a mixed Zoom Step 10 workshop, would be great if you can join us with the hope that it may strengthen and deepen your recovery!
