Welcome to the Friday night Men's meeting at Hinde Street!

We are pleased to say that meetings will continue at Hinde Street even though a lockdown starts on 5th November 2020. Due to Covid-19 prevention these meetings will run differently than before the crisis and we are able to offer both a physical and a virtual ‘dial in’ meeting through Zoom for those who are not able to be present at Hinde Street.

Please see below details of both ways of joining our meeting.

Attending Hinde Street

Please note that anyone entering the Hinde Street venue must wear a mask at all times. Furthermore, Hinde Street asks us to to comply with the Government Track and Trace requirements when entering the venue and encourage us to scan the QR code in the entrance. This offers an anonymous way of complying with Track and Trace. If someone is unable to scan the QR code they will need to complete a contact slip giving initial, surname and phone number.

We meet in the Parlour in the basement of the venue. There is currently a strict limit, to ensure social distancing, of only 14 attendees in the Parlour. Newcomers and those of us having a trying time are particularly welcome.

On entering, the building manager should be in the office immediately to your right and can direct you to the Parlour.

Someone is usually at the room from approximately 18:30hrs to set up the meeting.

Getting there:

By car

  • Limited parking is available on the streets nearby. The venue is within the central London Congestion Charging Zone, which is in operation until 18:00hrs.

Public transport is the easiest means to get to this meeting.

  • Bond Street station (underground – Central and Jubilee lines).
  • A number of bus routes travel along Oxford Street, just to the south of the venue.
  • Other buses travel along Baker Street and Gloucester Place, slightly to the west of the venue.

Tea and coffee are usually available before this meeting.

There is occasional fellowship after this meeting.

Attending virtually

Fellows wishing to join the meeting virtually can do so through Zoom by computer or telephone. Newcomers are very welcome.
